Investing in Your Well-Being

I believe that therapy should be accessible, transparent, and supportive to your needs. My pricing model reflects my commitment to providing quality care while considering financial accessibility.

*I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. If those options are full, I'm happy to collaborate with you to find referrals that better fit your budget.

In Network

I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).

This means you may have access to reduced session fees based on your specific plan. Many people aren’t sure what their mental health benefits actually cover, so once you become an active client, I’ll verify your coverage and let you know what to expect in terms of out-of-pocket costs before we begin.

Many clients with other insurance plans still choose to work with me through out-of-network benefits!

Most private insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network therapy. You’ll pay the full session fee upfront, and I’ll provide a monthly superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.

You can also use HSA or FSA funds to cover sessions.

Most of my in-network BCBS clients pay between $0 and $125 per session, depending on co-pays and whether a deductible applies.

(Keep in mind: most deductibles reset on January 1 each year.)

** While I’ll help verify your benefits, I always recommend that clients also reach out to their insurance provider directly to ask about their coverage for outpatient mental health psychotherapy services.

Out of Network

I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your coverage for outpatient mental health psychotherapy services with an out-of-network provider.

Private pay gives us the flexibility to focus on your needs without limits on session length, frequency, or treatment goals.

**Couples counseling is not covered by most insurance plans and is considered private pay only. I do not bill insurance for couples sessions.
